Verdict

SPORTS SECTION was a real eye-catcher when finishing one place ahead of Mickdaam on his debut at Newmarket. That looked a particularly hot maiden and the Godolphin colt is fancied to go one better here with that experience under his belt. Nawwaar also shaped with promise when third at Ascot and is another who will know more today, while Ralph Beckett's Niceofyoutotellme found only Crius too strong on his introduction at Warwick. Grandeur could be a newcomer to note, though his pedigree suggests he won't come into his own until tackling middle-distances next season. Musselburgh runner-up Daddy Warbucks may be the pick of the remainder.
