Light And Dark made a winning start in handicaps at Newmarket and remains unexposed but has been hit with an 11lb rise. Lyndon B has gone up 7lb since getting off the mark at Leicester and would need the visor to work a second time but looks to have a decent draw along with another recent Leicester winner, Blackheath. Cliffs Of Capri has place claims again and Zap has slipped to a lenient mark while Revich seeks to follow up a victory at Epsom. CHAPELLI has a wide draw and has never been entirely convincing over this trip but he was just beaten at Chester last time when well supported and Mark Johnston’s handicappers can never be ignored at this meeting.
