Verdict

John Oxx has won the two runnings of this with odds-on chances and of his two newcomers Haleniya, a daughter of Azamour out of a winning miler and the pick of Johnny Murtagh, should prove better at this stage than Taracena, who is a half-sister to a couple of winning hurdlers. Black Belt has the form for this though the one drawback was her only poor effort on fast ground at Navan in May. If the rains arrive she will be difficult to beat but SLOANE STREET, who looked very immature on her debut on soft ground at Limerick, should have made enough progress to take this.
