It's a very long time since Shadagann won a race but with his yard in excellent form and a falling mark he can give a good account at a fair price. Winning bumper DAYS WITHOUT END has only been out of a place once and that was on fast ground. He won over this course and distance last month and is looking on a lenient mark. The Last Indian has won five of his last nine on the Flat and over hurdles so should get into contention while Laid Back Luke won a similar race over the track and trip in very convincing fashion a year ago and will love the conditions. Art Of Security beat subsequent winner Bargy Lady over hurdles in May while the latter's yard is represented by Causey Arch, who has won three times over timber this year. Ace Combat has never been this far but looks a staying type on a lenient mark and his stable companion Arthurian Fame is another who looks certain to be suited by stepping up to this trip.
