In depth

Verdict

Plenty of these arrive in good form including MAKE GOOD, a winner on the Flat last month and runner-up to the smart Run For Oscar at Fairyhouse where a last-flight error may have cost him the race. Buck Rogers overcame several mistakes to score over 2m4f at Wexford though may find this on the short side but Jiving Jerry, who scored over that trip at Killarney in August, dropped down to this distance at Galway and had no problems winning again. Isotope, an easy maiden winner at Wexford, ran well in the Irish Cesarewitch at the Curragh while Cousin Harry has been running well without quite getting there.
