    Verdict

    ANNAMIX has always had a big reputation but never delivered until his chasing debut at Fairyhouse in January where he made all to beat a smart field. He should go on to better things this campaign starting here. Spyglass Hill has been hindered by jumping problems and may have won a Grade 3 at Naas in January but for a fall. He made another bad mistake on his reappearance in the Galway Plate and was badly hampered when pulled up last time but a clear round would see him in contention. Atlantic Shore was having only his second start over fences when winning easily at Wexford though takes on better rivals while Mitchouka, a useful hurdler with Gordon Elliott, made a winning debut over fences for new connections and took on stronger company later.
