In depth

Verdict

Pak Army has shown nothing so this looks between BANDUA and the two newcomers. Dermot Weld's grey, a half-brother to six winners, was very impressive in heavy going at Cork and it will take something special to beat him despite a penalty. The stable also run Lure Of The Sea, who is in the same ownership. She has a superb pedigree being by Sea The Stars out of mare from a classic family and is one for the future. Jim Bolger's Teofilo filly Miraculum has an entry in the Irish Oaks so must be well regarded.
