Nonrunner
The most difficult race on the card without question and Taboor is put up as a token selection ahead of Polar Force and Tenancy. Taboor does have a couple of questions to answer in relation to two recent starts but over the spring period on the all-weather, he was relatively consistent around Wolverhampton where he raced horses with plenty of speed. He has stayed six in the past. Polar Force invariably runs well at big odds in races of this nature. He has a better draw than stable companion, Gone N Dunnett. Jayanjay is 0 from 29 on the all-weather while Whistleupthewind is another for whom turf brings more joy. Metropolitan Chief had bits and pieces of form for David Simcock but has ran poorly of late. Sherjawy is far from straight forward but the market is watched to see if there is any confidence in him today. Buzbury Wings was squeezed badly during his recent Kempton race and is much better than the bare form suggests. Plenty of chances held for many and we are with Taboor.
