Verdict

Several of these arrive here in good form and we will side with PRESCRIPTION to get the better of Al Gillani and Doubtful Sound. Sir Mark Prescott's filly is an improving type and she showed a good attitude to beat Feisty Royale at Hamilton on Monday. She has a penalty to contend with today but she is on an upward curve and she can win again. Al Gillani is chasing the hat-trick but he will need to improve to win this. However, he remains unexposed and that may not be beyond him. He did beat Wreningham a couple of starts ago so if he goes well in the previous race then it will give the form a boost. Doubtful Sound has already won three times this year, but his best form has been at Wolverhampton. He will be suited by this drop in trip after chasing home Le Chiffre over 7f last time, but he may have to settle for a place again on this occasion. Milton Bradley continues to struggle for winners so it is hard to enthuse about the chances of Corridor Creeper, and we will stick with Prescription as the pick.
