Verdict
Maggie Kate, Mac Dalia and Quaroma are the trio for the shortlist in the finale and we will will put forward the last mentioned as the pick. The selection is a lightly-raced filly and she showed enough last season to make her of interest here. She is open to plenty of improvement and she can go close. Maggie Kate is a consistent type and she won over this course and distance last time, but she lacks the scope of our selection and she might just be worth taking on. Mac Dalia looks to be on a fair mark at present and she ran a big race last time behind Maggie Kate. She should be good enough to claim some prize money. Pat Eddery's Replicator could prove best of the others, but the unexposed Quaroma is taken to land the nightcap.
