        Verdict

        Dolphin Rock was well placed to land a hat-trick last season and returns to action off a 5lb higher mark while Lightning Spree still looks high enough in the weights and remains without a win. Cadmium ran well off today’s mark in heavy going at Pontefract last month but Danot steps up to a mile for the first time after placing at Doncaster. Grand Canyon drops back in trip for his handicap debut and may figure but RED PALADIN was beaten only a head over track and trip in September and should be sharper for a recent comeback third at Kempton.
