Verdict

It was fast going when Robot Boy won an amateurs' race at Ayr last weekend while Shepherd's Purse scored at the same track earlier but never figured in a higher grade last time. Hard Solution has been winning plating races and represents last year’s winning yard while Everkyllachy scored in soft ground here back in May. Debawtry has a shout on an earlier third at Thirsk but ART OF UNITY can make the journey over from Ireland worthwhile on the back of recent placed efforts and gets the speculative vote in an open contest.
