In depth

Verdict

Ace Of Trumps amy not have beaten much in claiming company last time but did the job in comfortable fashion and may be able to defy a penalty and follow up in a moderate contest. Valdesco will appreciate the extra furlong judged on a hard fought success at Newcastle earlier in the month while Alpha Rose showed some improvement for the return to this trip when a close third at Carlisle last time. Look First, who has been knocking on the door of late both on all-weather and turf, may prove best of the rest.
