In depth
Verdict
Zak Facta has a good chance to earn some winning brackets, with Naughty Girl and, possibly, Raccoon, looking the biggest dangers. A repetition of his fourth to Ground Zero at Newcastle on 4 June gives the selection a big shout here, a view strengthened by the fact that his rider takes a useful five pounds off his back. Naughty Girl ran in a Royal Ascot handicap first time up this year but then disappointed at Folkestone. This step up to six furlongs might see the daughter of Dr Devious more competitive. Raccoon made late headway on his debut at Ripon and is entitiled to improve on that. Cut Ridge has some reasonable efforts to his name although, on official ratings, he has a bit to find. Overall. then, we opt for Zak Facta.
