Verdict

GALLOPING QUEEN has had plenty of opportunities to score but this looks weak enough on paper and we grant her one final stay of execution in the last chance saloon. State Opera is a half-brother to Bahamian Music and as that horse did win as a juvenile over similar trips, a market watch is noted. Geminus has an interesting pedigree granted the speed on the sire's side and the staying potential on the dam. Spey Song was given a very tough task on debut at York whilst Nay Secret is sure to have supporters despite Jim Goldie's most record with two-year-old's this season. Tarantella Lady probably stays a mile so is worth another chance over this distance.
