      Verdict

      Just half-a-dozen runners and none without a chance, even the likely outsider Another Royal though her one good run came on soft ground. Boogangoo easily won a maiden over the course and distance before getting lost in a Chester nursery though that shouldn't be held against her. Robynelle landed a Carlisle maiden and her latest start was in the Queen Mary where she was a 150/1 chance but didn't run badly. Omanome produced easily her best run to date on this track last month and didn't handle softer ground at Ripon later while Angel Rosa made a winning debut here and has been tackling 7f nurseries subsequently. HANDWOVEN is still a maiden but appeared to find some improvement when runner-up to Threetimesalady at Chepstow and could be good enough for this.
