In depth

Verdict

Not much to go on here but Paul Blockley has his stable in good form and Jacob can give him another success. He was third in a similar event at Beverley recently and should improve for that outing. Third Empire is entitled to come on for his debut run and is from a stable in form. Mark Johnston's stable has hit form now but, judged on the dam's side of his pedigree, Great Scott might find this a little sharp. The market might prove the best guide to the others.
