Verdict
STEEL AN ICON has been well placed by Mick Channon to land a four-timer. He may not have finished winning yet given he escapes a penalty for last month’s success at Nottingham. Lucky Draw beat the selection in soft going at Lingfield earlier in the year while Flower Of Scotland finished second at Wolverhampton when returning a losing favourite for the third time in succession. Lady Pendragon’s earlier double came on the all-weather while Sudona may prove best of the rest.
