        Verdict

        Bancnuanaheireann has been in the mix over shorter trips of late and won over 1m3f on the all-weather last year. Think Ahead was placed over today's trip at Ascot in July and could also go well but MODERNISM (NAP) gets the vote. The latter finished ahead of both Navajo Chief and Warfare when fifth in a higher grade contest at York last time and can race off the same mark in this. Course and distance winner Cymro can also do better back in this lower grade while Dream Spirit showed some improvement for a slide down the weights when third at Bath last time.
