Verdict

An interesting contest with newcomers from yards capable of readying one first time. The market may help to sort them out but West End Girl and Gloryana make most appeal of the quartet on paper. However, they'll need to prove useful to overturn promising rivals with form and experience and ANFIELD GIRL receives the nod on the back of a pleasing debut when coming home strongly to finish a close fourth here in what looked a decent maiden. The runner-up that day has won since, the Dascombe stable do well here and she's preferred to Lola Paige, a solid second at Doncaster first time and Top Class Angel, a fair fourth on the all-weather at Lingfield.
