Verdict

Three-year-olds have won five of the last six renewals and Art Power got taken off his feet behind Battaash in the Nunthorpe at York so a return to 6f should suit Tim Easterby’s grey, who will love conditions. After winning the Golden Jubilee at Royal Ascot, HELLO YOUMZAIN finished behind Golden Horde when only fifth in the July Cup at Newmarket but he was back on song last time in the Prix Maurice de Gheest at Deauville when reversing that form with Clive Cox’ three-year-old and also finishing ahead of Lope Y Fernandez. He made all in this last year, beating previous winner The Tin Man, and has to go on the shortlist again. Nothing went right for Dream Of Dreams when starting co-favourite in this 12 months ago and he ended up stuck under the far rail. He’s looked as good as ever this year, just failing to catch the selection at Royal Ascot and then winning a Group 2 in a canter over 7f at Newbury but he’s run five times at the highest level and has never won. Tabdeed and Forever In Dreams add to the interest, though the latter was well beaten in this last year.
