Verdict

AMAZING BLUE SKY gets the nod here ahead of Amir Pasha and Amical Risks. Ruth Carr's gelding bounced back to form with a fine second to Denton here last month and he seems to relish cut in the ground. The longer trip today shouldn't be an issue and a bold bid looks in the offing. Hunters Belt is slow and cumbersome but he might just relish this likely test of stamina today, Red Kestrel drops in trip and is considered accordingly although the inexperience of his jockey might be a worry, whilst Bavarian Nordic is respected on his form in June with Lady Eclair. Black Coffee seems to have improved for the cheek-pieces and his mark of 67 looks fair, whilst conditions look more suitable for Brockfield today but he probably still has stamina for this trip to prove. The consistent pair of Amir Pasha and Amical Risks are considered, however the verdict goes the way of Amazing Blue Sky.
