Verdict

All ground comes alike to GROCER JACK (NAP) and the Haggas inmate makes plenty of appeal appeal if replicating the level of his runaway success in Listed company at Newbury last month. He's been hit with an 8lb rise but is unlikely to contest handicaps again and can take this further step up in his stride. Anmaat is worth a try at this level on the back of an excellent second in last season's Cambridgeshire and a battling success in the John Smith's Cup. This is his optimum trip and he remains on the upgrade. Intellogent, a place behind the latter at York, also enters the equation as he looked unlucky in-running while recent Listed winner Passion And Glory and improving handicappers Peter The Great and Royal Champion add further spice to the contest.
