        Verdict

        Tim Easterby is rapidly closing in on 100 winners for the season and MULTELLIE can add another notch. A winner at Pontefract in July, he went close at Hamilton last week, when the remainder were well behind, and William Easterby can steer him home. Dwight D is a threat as he's dropped to a very fair mark and looked on the way back at Carlisle, though he's yet to prove he stays this far. Thorntoun Care was beaten a nose in this last year under Bruce Lynn and should make a bold bid to go one better while the lightly-raced Brancaster hasn't run as badly as form figures would suggest and Careyanne has the invaluable assistance of Simon Walker.
