In depth

GRANDILOQUENT was still beaten five lengths when runner-up at Leicester recently but it's better form than most of these have shown lately. He began this season on a 17lb higher mark and Kevin Stott takes a further 5lb off his back today. Silver Tigress wasn't beaten that far when fourth at Catterick and can figure but the remainder are hard to fancy in their current form. Dancing Primo won this in 2011 but finished last at Newbury on her latest start and Cropley hasn't raced since December.
