BOUDICA BAY has steadily worked her way back to form this season and her Nottingham victory last month was achieved in quite taking fashion after losing ground at the gate. Raised 6lb to a mark of 58 as a result, her new rating remains well below the career-high figure attained in 2020 of 68. She is just preferred to Madreselva, who came on a ton for her reappearance run when a close Redcar fourth and possibly unlucky not to finish closer. She looks ready to win sooner or later. Kim Wexler hasn't run on turf for a year but is considered on her respectable all-weather form but the O'Meara pair do need to put recent disappointments behind them.
