In depth

Verdict

Another wide open affair in which many have shown a lot of ability. Keep On Running won very easily on his debut when defeating Cock Of The North By an easy 14 lengths. He is sure to come on for the run and will be hard to beat despite his penalty. Tribal Venture won well at Ascot last time out but that was over a longer trip and the drop in trip is not sure to suit. Little Sport is an ultra consistent sort but he will have to have improved again to win with 12 stone on his back. Black Forest is from a yard in top form and he has ran well of late but he gives the impression he will be seen to even better effect over a longer trip. Hey Ref was a good winner on his debut this season but he is taking a step up in class and he will need to have improved again to score. Of the remainder Palua was a fair sort on the flat and any market move could be significant.
