      Verdict

      Fox Hill won at Redcar at the start of the month but was only third here nine days ago and has gone up a further 2lb since. SPUROFTHEMOMENT led until inside the final furlong over 6f at Lingfield 12 days ago so a drop back to the minimum should suit Charlie Hills’ filly, who gets the nod ahead of last month’s Salisbury winner Amor de Mi Vida. Not On Your Nellie may be best of the rest with Second Collection high enough in the weights now and Liberty Bay engaged last night at Newmarket.
