Verdict
Belle Fille made a promising start at Newmarket only to disappoint when sharing favouritism at Ascot last month. That being the case, MUMFORD gets the chance to improve on his ordinary debut effort at Leicester given today's faster ground may suit the Hannon colt better. Soie D' Leau finished a bit closer last time and Steve Prescott may prove best of the newcomers in a modest opener.
