Verdict

Hunters Call is in the veteran stage now but never seems to run a bad race and should pick up some prize money again with Global Citizen likely to set a strong pace. Navajo Pass beat an odds-on favourite in this last year but hasn’t backed up that run and has a 6lb penalty to shoulder today. TOMMY’S OSCAR is a thoroughly likeable sort who boasts an excellent strike-rate. He finished third in this grade at Ayr last season and has improved since so looks the one to beat with Rockadenn held on Doncaster running last month.
