      Verdict

This is a competitive finale in which Our Tees Component, Lucinda Lamb and Castlecrossing form the shortlist and the vote is given to Castlecrossing. The selection made a really pleasing debut when chasing home Sergheyev at Leopardstown and she was staying-on powerfully at the finish that day. She proved she goes on the ground and with nominal improvement she will be tough to beat. Our Tess Component is another who made a pleasing debut when finishing a close second behind Jonty's Lass at Wetherby. However, that was on fast ground and as she has yet to prove her effectivenss in conditions as testing as this we will take her on. Lucinda Lamb has run well in each of her three outings to date and she again looks to have solid place claims, although she will need to improve to get the better of our selection. Raven Hall Lady is from a stable in form and is another to note in the market after a pleasing debut. However, Castlecrossing caught the eye when finishing second on her debut and she can go one better today.
