In depth

Verdict

A really competitive affair featuring a host of in-form contenders. Fingal‘s Hill seeks a handicap five-timer, having progressed from Class 4 to Class 2 company and seems sure to be in the mix once again. All four latest victories have been achieved by a length or less - a real testament to his attitude. PARK HILL DANCER is far less exposed and impressed when obliging on his handicap bow latest. He rates a certain improver, could prove very nicely treated and is worth chancing against more experienced opposition. Lac De Constance is of interest as plans for a chasing career seem to have been currently shelved and this useful hurdler will be all the better for his seasonal reappearance last month. Carnfunnock looks a contender on a first run of the campaign after some promising performances last season.
