In depth
Verdict
Ceoperk ended last season in decent form and can pick up where she left off, with Makeabreak and Don And Gerry others likely to make their mark in a poor contest. The selection has to give weight away but looks capable of doing so, despite being gifted the race last time out. She would still have won that anyway, acts over this sort of trip and on decent ground and can make a bold bid to follow up. Makeabreak would probably prefer slower ground than this but does act over this trip and on genuine good ground. If she appreciates this more than the soft and heavy ground that has prevailed for her last two starts then she can be involved. Don And Gerry is stepped up to this trip for the first time but will appreciate conditions, which may help her to get home, particularly as the race is not a strong one, while little else makes appeal and we take Ceoperk to follow up her Worcester win.
