Verdict
BLAKENEY POINT was never travelling when a warm favourite at Bangor last time but is more than capable of landing this if back on song with regular pilot Abbie McCain taking off 5lb. Nicky Henderson won that Bangor race with Go Chique and saddles August’s Newton Abbot winner Jen's Boy, who looks the danger with Ernesto having become disappointing. Bright Sunbird was a long way behind the selection at Bangor in August having won earlier at Uttoxeter and Cartmel.
