Verdict
She's Our Native may have been flattered by her margin of victory over course and distance last week following the fall of Boundary House but still holds solid claims under a 7lb penalty and is taken to win again at the main expense of Sou'wester and Brigadier du Bois. The last mentioned has been running consistently well off similar marks of late and is entitled to be thereabouts again. He makes more appeal than Philip Pritchard's Ballywalter, who needs to improve on the form of his reappearance effort at Folkestone last month but is entitled to step up on that effort. Tom George's Julies Boy is gradually slipping to a fair mark, as is the Seamus Mullins-trained Brooklands Lad, while Ideal Jack is going the other way after some promising displays in novice races. Sou'wester did little wrong on his chasing bow behind Barton Nic at Chepstow last time and has an obvious chance on that evidence but the vote goes to She's Our Native, who is taken to follow up her recent course and distance success.
