Martin Pipe is a dangerous man to oppose in races like this and his Boulevardofdreams is given a confident vote. Thieves' Glen and Kilindini are expected to give the selection the most to do. Kilindini is holding his form well at present and shapes as if he can pay his way this term. Firm ground ideally suits him and, with experience of the course to bolster his claims, he should be able to pick up the scraps if anything happens to the main hope. Thieves' Glen has also been in good heart lately and holds a solid each-way chance on the best of his form. However, he does not look the most resilient of battlers and may be vulnerable to a stronger finisher. Which is where we turn to Boulevardofdreams, who makes more appeal at this trip. The Pipe horse is far less exposed than many of today's rivals and this former Irish pointer is expected to be too progressive for this lot today.
