Verdict
Winter Garden, Bearaway and Mr Whizz look the three to concentrate on in this novices' chase and the vote is given to Winter Garden. The 10-year-old need only reproduce his latest second behind Galileo at Perth to score. Bearaway rates the main danger on his third behind First Ballot. But although he travels well in his races he does not always find as much as expected and for that reason he is overlooked on this occasion. Mr Whizz won well a couple of runs ago when defeating Ark Admiral, but that was in a seller and he has since been well beaten on his first attempt over fences when well behind Musical Stage. This looks easier but his overall profile suggests he has a little to find. Great Oaks is the other worth a second look in the market but he is very one-paced, and for the winner we return to Winter Garden.
