Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Yorkshire Knight was a little fortunate to get so close to Ongenstown Lad at Ffos Las as the hot favourite fell when cruising. It was still an improved performance from John Quinn's charge and this longer trip looks even more suitable. Tiger Line is still a maiden and ran so poorly at Worcester that she's difficult to fancy while Foreign King is tried in blinkers after several moderate runs. Heir To Be's last success was from a 3lb higher mark but he's been beaten in a seller recently so the vote goes to LUCKY LUKEY, who was running from 8lb out of the handicap when making French Seventyfive pull out all the stops at Southwell and though 5lb wrong at the weights here showed his first sign of ability that day.
