Verdict

Letham Island gets the vote in a trappy opener with Driving Miss Suzie and Ful of Grace rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair sort on the flat and was noted staying on in a better race behind Sainte Kadette. He looks sure to improve and will be hard to beat. Driving Miss Suzie rates the main danger on her latest second behind Its Moon but she found less than expected off the bridle on that occasion and looks opposable on that basis. Full of Grace is a 10 furlong flat winner and hails from a top yard so should be watched in the market but she would not want too much rain. Of the remainder Princesse d'Agnoun is from a yard in form but is bred to be suited by further and with this in mind for the winner we return to Letham Island.
