    Verdict

REAL STONE looked all set for a return to winning ways at Catterick but fell at the last hurdle when clear of the rest. Dan Skelton looks to have found a good opportunity for him to make amends and he’s the one to beat with a clear round. The remainder have shown little over timber so far though Harlow won a seller on the Flat recently and bumper winner Billygwyn Too should be sharper for a recent comeback. Rogue Male debuts for a new yard on his reappearance with Maisie Mix preferred to Blackthorn Winter of the rest.
