In depth

Verdict

A modest opener with doubts surrounding the dual Plumpton winner Mr Jack as he steps back up in distance. POTTERS VENTURE was pulled up on last month’s reappearance at Exeter but that should have blown away a few cobwebs and he is taking on lesser opposition today. Torn And Frayed has proved hard to place but makes his handicap debut and Irish import Shortcross Storm is worth a market check along with Hidden Commander.
