Verdict
RIDE THE RANGE went very close at Newcastle in March and ran the useful Franciscan to just over two lengths at Bangor a month later. A repeat of either of those efforts would probably suffice here though Irish import Itchymei'Mscratch will have his supporters. He won a bumper at Downpatrick on his racecourse debut and showed a decent level of form in that sphere after. Tetralogy was second at Ffos Las in April but only three finished that day so the form should be taken with a pinch of salt as he was tailed off turning for home. Uisge Beatha has a lengthy absence to overcome but shouldn't be ignored in what looks a weak maiden.
