In depth

Verdict

The veteran BORIS THE BLADE isn't the most consistent but is well up to this at his best. He reverted to hurdles at Sedgefield earlier this month and pulled off a shock victory so, as he's now 9lb lower over fences, a quick double looks on the cards. Mansonien L'As had been in excellent form prior to a very poor effort when fancied at Sedgefield. He would have an obvious chance if returning to anything like his best. Fozy Moss landed a novices' handicap at Carlisle last month but hasn't picked his feet up in his two subsequent starts while the ground could still be on the soft side for More Equity.
