Verdict
A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Tagar,Per Amore and Pavey Ark and the tentative vote is given to Tagar. The selection was travelling well until falling last time out. This looks easier and in the hope that he puts in a fluent round of fencing he is taken to score. Per Amour rates the main danger on his latest third behind Rookery lad. That horse has since won under a penalty and he will not be far away with his stable continuing in good form. Pavey Ark is another worthy of respect on his best form but he is often let down by his jumping and for that reason he is passed over. Upswing has conditions to suit and could go well at a price while He's Hot Right Now is on a handy mark but has shown very little of late so can not be put forward with any confidence and with this in mind for the winner we return to Tagar.
