In depth

Verdict

Kings Eclipse wins his share but is now on his highest mark after going up 4lb for his Carlisle victory. Shanroe Santos is on a long losing run but the assessor has dropped him 5lb from his last run ad he's on a very fair mark if anywhere near his best. Buddha Scheme has been very consistent though keeps going up in the weights without winning but LOVE THE LEADER has won ten of his 52 starts shared between hurdles and fences. He followed an easy victory at Fakenham with a battling effort at Fontwell and can complete a hat-trick. Nakadam scored over the course and distance in November when Dontdelay was 8 lengths back in third though the latter has also won over the track and trip and we know both stay this extreme distance.
