Verdict
Billy Billy was a wide-margin winner of a three-runner race at Newcastle earlier this month and Stuart Crawford's mare could be anything. Net Work Rouge won at Worcester and Warwick in the autumn before being pulled up in a Grade 2 won by Albert Bartlett winner Unowhatimeanharry at Cheltenham in December, though soft going would not be ideal. GULLY'S EDGE (NAP) was strongly supported on his hurdling debut at Catterick in January but a lack of experience in the closing stages cost him dear. He'll have learned plenty from that and can open his account today. Too Many Chiefs didn't beat much over 2m4f here 12 days ago and Calivigny's penalty also gives him a stiff task.
