Verdict

Tashunka was returning from a very long absence and making her hurdling debut at Doncaster so improvement should be forthcoming. Better was expected from Druim Samhraidh at Taunton last month but Macfin probably exceeded expectations when fourth at Doncaster. SOLWARA ONE (NAP) was only beaten a head by the useful Martinhal at Exeter after a cosy success at Doncaster. Last week’s Sandown winner Orby’s Legend was more than 13 lengths adrift in third and Neil Mulholland’s charge is entitled to be a warm order in this.
