Verdict
Manor Park came good in some style last time but is up 5lb and gives weight away all round in a harder contest. An interesting quartet of four-year-olds tackle their elders and a case can be made for all, with Coolnaugh Haze making most appeal with a course and distance win to his name and sure to be all the better for his recent Plumpton fourth. Connections reach for cheekpieces with Rhebus Road to try and eke out some improvement and Rewired is solid but his yard is going through a rare poor patch. Vazir is unexposed and should be noted in the market and Sergeant is respected in receipt of weight all round. However, MAXCEL looked an improved type when a decisive Hereford scorer latest, with the form boosted when the second came home a smooth Wincanton winner this week.
