Verdict
Toviere has had his chances, so the drop back in trip might help. First Du Charmil is a likely improver but Two Hoots didn’t show much at Fontwell and Blue Comet was let down by his jumping at Ludlow. Cona River may need more time but Bite The Biscuit is likely to know what’s required and has shown promise in bumpers. CHATO could also be a useful recruit as he wasn’t disgraced in a hot bumper at Ascot in December after a break and represents powerful connections. Just Before Dawn has a long absence to overcome but is worth a market check.
