    Verdict

In this novices' hurdle, Sualda is selected ahead of Ameeq and Mtilly A 79-rated winner on the Flat in July, Sualda scored over hurdles at Worcester last time and, even under his penalty, looks to be a major player here today. Ameeq has a similar profile although his win came at Wincanton and he was a 77-rated all-weather winner. That said, he still commands respect here. Mtilly showed some promise on the Flat and, related to a prolific hurdles winner, might do better at this game. War At Sea hails from a good stable and has shown enough over timber to afforded respect, while Macaroni Gold was only modest on the Flat, but that still equates to being a lot better in that sphere than most of these and he gets a favourable mention. Foolish Groom has a similar profile and gets a similar synopsis. Finally, Safin might be one to have a look at in the betting and Almanshood was not devoid of ability on the Flat but, for the selection, we will stick with Sualda.
